MASALA OATS IDLI

 MASALA OATS IDLI INGREDIENTS  1. 1   cup   instant oats 2. 1   tbsp   sesame oil 3. 1   tsp   mustard seeds (sarson) 4. 1/2   tsp   dhuli urad dal (split black gram) 5. 1   tsp   chana dal (split chickpea) 6. 1   tsp   cumin seeds (jeera) 7. 1   sprig curry leaves 8. 1   tsp   ginger garlic paste 9. 1/2   cup   grated carrots 10. 1/4   tsp   turmeric powder (haldi) 11. 1/2   cup   semolina (sooji) 12. 1   tsp   salt or to taste 13. 1/2   cup   curd 14. 1/2 – 3/4   cup   water 15. 2   tbsp   chopped coriander leaves 16. 1   tsp   Eno fruit salt or 1/2 tsp baking soda PROCESS TO MAKE MASALA OATS IDLI To begin, dry roast the instant oats on low heat until it dries a bit. MANGO CHIA SEEDS PUDDING

 INGREDIENTS FOR MANGO CHIA PUDDING -   1/2 Cup yogurt -  1 Fresh mango - 1 tbsp chia seeds - 2-3 Crushed digestive biscuits (optional) - 1 tbsp honey/castor sugar (optional - for garnishing mint leaves PROCESS OF MAKING PUDDING 1.  Add honey/castor sugar to the yogurt and mix well (optional). If you prefer natural sweetness, you can skip this step. 2. Add chia seeds to the yogurt. Add a little water to the yogurt if you want to dilute it. 3. Mix the chia seeds with the yogurt. Let the mixture set in the fridge for at least 45 minutes. Chia seeds taste best when soaked for long. 4. Slice the mango into cubes and layer it on top of the chia yogurt mixture.
