MASALA OATS IDLI INGREDIENTS 1. 1 cup instant oats 2. 1 tbsp sesame oil 3. 1 tsp mustard seeds (sarson) 4. 1/2 tsp dhuli urad dal (split black gram) 5. 1 tsp chana dal (split chickpea) 6. 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) 7. 1 sprig curry leaves 8. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 9. 1/2 cup grated carrots 10. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi) 11. 1/2 cup semolina (sooji) 12. 1 tsp salt or to taste 13. 1/2 cup curd 14. 1/2 – 3/4 cup water 15. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves 16. 1 tsp Eno fruit salt or 1/2 tsp baking soda PROCESS TO MAKE MASALA OATS IDLI To begin, dry roast the instant oats on low heat until it dries a bit.
